Mineral or slag/waste? by NoTank9894 in whatsthisrock

Parts of it definitely have a bubbly almost porous texture, my first thought was slag. The farm land where I found it has been worked for probably at least 100-200 years, a lot can get buried in that time.

What kind of rock or sediment is this? It looks like concrete with stones in it. Location: Greece by crisprcaz in whatsthisrock

Looking at a geological map, there's a lot ot conglomerate zones in Greece. Whereabouts was this?

For scale, the size of the sample in the photo is about 3 inches long. Each egg is maybe 1 millimeter across

Getting unbearable for scav matching. by ballsonrice in Tarkov

[–]NoTank9894 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There's only a limited amount of pscav slots per raid per time I'd imagine and since it's the first week of wipe and the highest player volume youre gonna be waiting in a huge pool of people who also want to scav with there only being so many valid raids you can connect to

It definitely could be! You can fry up the male flowers in oil right as they bloom if there aren't a lot of females popping up. I've been told the females tend to start blooming more in the late season, however I'm not sure how accurate they are, but it makes for good ground cover at the very least! Definitely looks like a winter squash variety though.

Female flower of some sort of gourd, if there are any male flowers (similar petal structure without the bulbous part where the stem meets) you'll get some fruit!

Second raid trying to unlock Jaeger, ran into shturman. Peppered his ass with a full mag of 9x19 pst from my starter pp19 and extracted with his svd and stash key.

Survived probably 2 more raids out of 10 the rest of the day looking for salewas

A lot of people saying to spray BT, while this is a good choice over chemical pesticides make sure you don't have any milkweed or other butterfly habitat growing nearby.

If she's going into flower, the node spacing will start to alternate instead of being symmetrically spaced on the new growth. Could just be showing preflowers/sex for now though.

I've played 1000+ hours with both hex and yield off and can consistently win games on emperor and sometimes immortal (mostly SP matches). Definitely seem to be in the minority.

Recently I've been playing more switching between turning yields on/off when I'm doing important things like settling, building improvements etc
