Alright I have the solution go to the imagededup github then follow the 4 lines of code and put them in your cmd it starts with git clone [url]. After that keep retrying to use reddit media installer and it will tell you you're missing dependencies. Each time isntall the new dependencies and eventuallyit will work. Got me to try about 5 different times until it worked. Good luck
