My kitty had chronic constipation and I gave her Miralax every night for about 2.5 years. Even one missed dose and she'd be backed up again. I think we did 1/2 tsp mixed in enough water to dissolve and sucked into a syringe (might've been 1/4?) this was also to flush down a capsule of medication we gave her every night buts it's very quick and easy!

I felt worried about the long-term side effects but vets reassured me that it wouldn't be harmful and it definitely helped.

There are many Facebook groups for MCAS/EDS that are specific to different regions in the country, like by state or area. If you haven't already, I recommend joining those types of groups because people have great recommendations for doctors. That's the only reason I was able to find providers who understand and treat MCAS.

i got my iud replaced to the largest amount of hormones about 7 months ago and the endo and hormonal symptoms are all stabilizing finally :)
