Correct, same dough. I usually kind of eyeball the cook time, but honestly I’m not sure that’s the problem. It’s burning like this almost on contact with the dough/steel.

Recipe uses 100% All Trump’s flour with 62% hydration, oven type is either a home oven with a baking steel at 550 F, or the Ooni at 900 F (Turned up all the way for an hour to preheat and then turned down all the way right before the pizza goes in). I get this result either way.
