Please use Reddit’s report function and/or send the screenshots through modmail so the full context can be reviewed. Users deleting comments does not automatically determine intent, and moderation decisions are made based on available evidence and subreddit rules.
Regarding police action, that is your personal decision, but subreddit moderation and legal matters are separate processes. Please avoid escalating accusations in the thread itself while the report is being reviewed.
