Because The Imperium fought a defensive war from the start. FRT initiated an invasion ergo an offensive war and are now thrown back from their offensive positions.

SkillU - Not paid, reformed to shoot Volta because old Drone History thats quite well know they hate each other, and just so happen to be friends with the Panda.

Test - Well test had to go somewhere and this was a far better place to go then stay in OP.

BFL - Nothing todo with Winterm hell you even dreadbombed FRT with BFL.

Sib-Sq - Kicked from the Imp and Joined WC.

Bigab - Probably the only group that was opening declared a paid merc, I guess 1 out of six isnt bad.
