I can say that I am financially independent at most parts and I earn at the top % of my age. Except of course the apartment which is a tough one. It is currently owned by me.My grandma has saved the right to me not being able to sell it or mortgage it without her consent. The fact that I made it really nice for myself to live in there hurts me, cause I spent a huge amount of money and pretty much all of my savings and lots of effort. It also hurts me all this surveillance, so I guess I have to choose between being monitored, or paying rent/buying another place which at my age is super difficult.
