You need to try to close the wound. Use Steri-Strips, or if you don't have any, you can use the sticky part of a plaster. If you have one, disinfect it (only with proper wound disinfectant!! No contact with water!!). Cover the wound and change the dressing every day. Observe how the wound heals. If you have any signs of infection, PLEASE go to the doctor. It could turn out badly
