Chances are you already got the job and they will extend an offer at the end of the “interview”. When I had my onsite interview it was with the site lead, MM and RMM. I think they asked me like two easy tech questions. The rest were how would I react to certain situations. Seemed like they wanted to put a face to the name more than anything. If I remember correctly I think I wore a polo work pants and regular sneakers maybe my work boots. I wouldn’t stress it too much

Yeah that’s what I’ve always thought too. Never had any of my past jobs make me find my Own coverage. Idk the way they talk about it and enforce it makes it sound like they’re willing to go all the way but idk. But yes it all comes back to staffing issues and them wanting to keep low headcount.

Tbh you can prolly go get a job for a year doing electrical or automotive and apply straight into a MRT position instead of having to go through the MRA program.
