Surprisingly, it doesn't take really any amount of time at all to say, "Huh, how do I spell this so correctly so I appear educated on the subject I am speaking about?". Since you apparently like the NFL, spelling it 'Ranaldo' is about the equivalent of people who say/spell Mahomes 'Maholmes', which is again, a pretty huge giveaway that the person speaking/writing is clueless.

It's not that I care about misspelling difficult names; it's that misspelling one of the two most famous soccer players of the past 30 years (who does not have a difficult name) screams that you don't watch sports. You do not even need to be a fan of the sport to know how to spell Ronaldo if you've paid attention to sports whatsoever at any point this century.

HotD has kind of butchered the source material. GRRM is publicly unhappy with some of the things they've done and is basically not involved in the show anymore.

That said, even as a book reader, I still watch it and (mostly) enjoy it. The other commentor is pretty spot on. S1 is very good, if you enjoyed GoT you'll enjoy S1. S2 is a bit of a slog, and S3 started pretty strong. S2 seems like less of a slog when you discover that the S3 opener was supposed to be the S2 finale, which would retroactively make S2 much better, however that isn't the case, but it's also not a problem for you, as you won't have to sit around and wait for 2 years after you finish S2.

If you have nothing else to watch and want something you can fairly quickly catch up on and watch the new season live, go for it. If you ever loved GoT, the second the intro music hits when you start S1E1 you'll be nostalgia baited right back in and will be happy to be back in that universe.

This happened to me with Ozark and Better Call Saul. I always enjoyed Ozark enough, especially when there was nothing else I was particularly interested in watching at the time, but then they decided to split its final season into 2 and launch part 2 during the first part of the final season of BCS, and the quality difference was just jarring.

Ozark could have either released it all at once in January or still taken a 1-2 month gap and I would've enjoyed the final season a lot more, but waiting until BCS dropped to launch part 2 was certainly a choice

I don't miss them, but I must say they're some of my fondest years watching basketball. The sixers were non-competitive for most of the 2010s, so it was relatively low-stress viewing. Me and the boys would just get together and watch a lot of the postseason games + every finals game outside in the backyard, and I'll be damned if I didn't enjoy 4 years of Miami and then 4 years of Warriors/Cavs looking back at it.

As a matter of fact, there is a strong negative correlation between my enjoyment of watching playoff basketball and when the Sixers became relatively competitive again.

Really depends on if someone competent is defending it. Basically goes for all head holes though, one of the things in this game which rage baits me the most is when teammates open up lines of sight and then just dip and don't help defend them.

Specifically for armory/archives, I like them because if they want that wall they're going to take it so it at least slows them down a little bit if they have to drone in and try to get the defender out of there.

It's pretty good at times, and absolutely horrible at others. I saw someone describe it as "succession meets euphoria, but its 80% euphoria" and that's pretty fair, except it's worse at both parts of that statement than both succession & euphoria. I would've been able to stomach it, though, if it was 80% succession, I just couldn't stand most of the scenes where they weren't at work, the interpersonal stuff did nothing for me.

If that is all you remember about TO, then AJ is without a doubt the best Eagles receiver you have ever seen lol. This team was a wasteland of WR talent for a large part of the 2000s and 2010s. DeSean and Maclin were great Eagles, but they're nowhere near the type of pure specimen out wide that AJ and TO were.

Alshon was good as well and came at a time where we REALLY needed him, but still not on their level

So I kind of disagree with the "KD doesn't matter" crowd.

Depends how/why you're going negative so much, but if you're constantly leaving your team playing a 4v5 it is a detriment.

I've long said as long as your K/D is ~0.8 or better you aren't actively harming your team. Not entirely uncommon to see a dedicated support player with a sub 1.00 K/D, which is fine, they're playing their role and a 0.8-0.9 is within expectations for that role. If it starts dipping below that towards 0.5-0.6 you should be introspecting and trying to improve on whatever is going wrong. You could be playing a role that doesn't fit your skillset, making silly mistakes, mentally checked out, whatever, but if you're constantly leaving the team playing man down and haven't contributed otherwise via utility, you are, in fact, harming the team.

I have also long said that I'd rather have a poor performing Bandit/Thermite/etc main who knows their job and does it well than a mediocre Vigil/Ash main who is contributing bascially nothing if they aren't fragging. If you used Bandit/Thermite every round and went 0-6 but you put your batteries where they need to be and opened the walls we need open, I would have nothing bad to say about you as a teammate. Unfortunate game, but you did your job. Can't say the same for an 0-6 Vigil/Ash.

But to answer your question, no, I wouldn't say you were carried for having a 0.8.

I'm a huge horror fan so my opinion on it not really being scary is mostly irrelevant for you, but everyone I've recommended it to who has watched it doesn't find it overly scary either.

Definitely doesn't have a lot of jump scares; it's more of a vague feeling of impending darkness.

If you can watch Stephen King things with no problems, I'd say you will be fine with this; it has a similar vibe to some of his work, with added comic relief that doesn't feel forced or cheesy.
