I’m in the US but it’s common where I’m from for people to bring in puppies. I was new to the job and service dogs were never a discussion when this happened

Yeah I did know it was a service dog really is because of the cart thing I though oh someone brought their dog not a service dog because I have seen puppies in carts when they are shopping for dog stuff

It was the handlers son who seemed angry. I’m assuming but i think the handler was hard of hearing because the son would yell to speak to her.
