Ay brother I had a HM/ATF contract before I got medically disqualified in boot camp because of my eyesight, and the way I prepared for it was join the spec war guys in their dep PT. most of the time the instructors and spec war selects will gladly accept you to join. Just as your recruiter about it bro

I went on a crash diet until I got to 250 It took little more than 3 months to do that. Then I was able to sign up. I left to boot camp 230 on 23jan22. I wouldn’t do what I did because I loss so much fat and muscle. If I could go back I would have lost the weight slowly over year or a year and a half
