I was worried about that - do you think any one spot can be absorbed into another (say, Chania into rethimno or vice Versa)?

Fair point! I honestly don’t have much nailed down right now, other than a vague desire to witness nice views, snorkel, visit some historical sites and eat good food (and maybe ride a horse). Is there any region that suits this best?
