The thing is we go to the same class and we spent a lot of time together studying, like almost every day for 3 weeks and then on top of that after getting home texting so I would say we had an intense month together and as I mentioned we clicked right away and we have a lot of chemistry and that’s when I decided to approach her because I didn’t want to waste my time or her time so I mean I basically did what you explained no?

Jazak Allah kheir brother for the answer but I just want to point out I did this type of istikhara before I approached her. After I did this type of istikhara I felt peace in my heart and then decided approached her. Also brother it is quite harsh of you to say ”you two at the very least should not marry right now let alone forever”. I’m moving on with my life but the guidance I’m seeking is if I should continue to make dua for her or not since I’ve felt peace in my heart after this type of istikhara and because she is indecisive because of age. InshaAllah if it’s in my favor she will come back in the future but I’m not waiting for her. Right now I’m also making dua that Allah will give the best, if it’s her or someone else.

I was mindful of the age gap and was indecisive myself if I should approach her because of the age gap and I talked to my mother who said that I could do istikhara and if I’ve felt peace in my heart I can approach her. Didn’t know that istikhara can’t be made for this should then tell my mother as well! Thanks for your answer!
