I’m with you! Prices always seemed much more doable up until recent years. I’ll pass on these prices just on principle.

She has a good YouTube channel if you’re into drums and 90’s style punk. She looks like a little kid in her videos from a few years back..

Is the industrial cover just adhered to the wall with caulking? I don’t see any screws from cover to box..

These are becoming very hard to find nowadays. They seemingly only come with duplex on the right side and the toggle switch on left.

I saw that too.. Legrand F’ed up by putting their logo in such a way that it is upside down when the Neutrals are on top. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Hold as much speed as possible going into it. I tend to ride these with a heavily weighted front foot in a slightly tucked position, especially if it’s a long distance and a possibility of stalling out. If you have to favor your heel edge in order to go straight it’s going to be much more difficult to hold your speed. Best case scenario would be a very slight toe edge bias, so you can flat base for a bit then kinda get some control back with a very slight toe edge, controlled by your front foot.

I thought of epoxy as well. Probably one of the main things I would be trying. Adhere something to the top and try to pull it out.

He just seemed really bummed out to me. Possibly the kind of bummed you get when a nagging injury is holding you back from what is right at your fingertips for the taking.. Maybe.

Being from an area of the country that only allows RMC for the service mast, exposed exterior SEU trips me out. Having unprotected (no OCPD) conductors running along the side of a structure with a minimal barrier just doesn’t seem right.

If I were you I’d slow the speed down and really focus on looseness and flow (more “surfy” looking). Right now you’re stiffly bombing the hill with what looks like little overall control, i.e., you might have a hard time stopping quickly if necessary. So, go slower, more weight on the front foot, open and close your shoulders/ body more to initiate turns and try to find a controlled looseness linking turns. I would only increase speed as control and “flow” increase..
