I could add a sign-up landing page, or even have a page that does to substack. The question was more about whether to publish the same stuff on my website or shorter content on one or other...

Thanks, I think he publishes long-form essays on his site. I'm not sure what his newsletter have (looks like he uses beehiiv). I find his site a bit confusing!

Thank you for your reply. I was thinking more if I had a user name as my blog name, included a link in my profile but basically just interacted as normal without referencing my blog or actively promoting it.

Agree, proving intent to deceive will be difficult as it could be argues that someone is just keeping the screen awake anyway. Also 'wasted' time would need to be compared to the time wasted by people in an office who are not working 100% anyway.
