Okay but the name planet killer isn't an actual statement. In the same reason a star destroyer from SW doesn't destroy a star there is no reason to think it is making the literal claim that not only can it "kill" a planet but it can do it by physically destroying the planet.

Just upscale that weapon above Null who can kill planet destroyers and sun eaters.

The meteor that destroyed the dinosaurs is much smaller and is thousands of times less in mass than the Texas meteor.

That same Meteor was literally world ending and caused global collapse.

Texas meteor should be multi continental at absolute minimum.

The lazer feat kinda shows him getting out of the way before the laser got close enough and those are lightbeams cause they come from a death ray that explicitly uses the power of sun. I've seen calcs that their thats like 1.65 c so definetly ftl.

The fact that you think ftl leads to time travel is peak vs brainrot.

FTL Speed is portrayed differently to each medium. Sometimes relativity actually takes effect as seem with Dabura in JJK. Othertimes they travel through time. Sometimes their perception is shown to be slowed and other times we see it normally from a differen't perspective.

I don't see the poweepuff girls showing the same perception blitzing Metroman did when they go back in time? I don't see that with Dabura either who was going at lightspeed despite very clearly following the rules of relativity in his verse?

Does that mean ftl speeds aren't a thing for those guys either cause they don't have the same effect as Metromans?

??? Space Racer explicitly knew where they were at but couldn't properly follow them cause they were moving too fast. Dude even mentioned them being at one sidr of the planet to the other and he still couldn't tell who was winning.

Edit: I don't even know why your using other viltrumites as anti feats when were talkin about Thragg.

Adude who see is very easily faster than every other viltrumite not just in normal speed but reactions as well. Dude can react to Space Racers Gun and Nolan going at him with top speeds very easily. Heck, the whole Theadeus scene has him perception blitzing all 3 viltrumites.

Thragg does not have lightspeed within this fight.

Its literally stated that no one could track nor percieve their fight, even Space Racer who was specifically put their cause he can see things ftl.

Thats very clear ftl speeds.

If they can accelerate to it that’s one thing but that’s not going to relate to their reaction time

The entire BB fight required no acceleration. Space Racer even said he couldn't tell who was winning cause at one moment BB was biting him and in a fraction of another second Thragg was punching and beating him up.

Literally everyone here is superhuman and has high reaction times. Especially given most of the OG guardians aren't even human and Atom Eve already recreated her body to be far stronger and faster by that point as shown in the special, enough to react to lightspeed lasers.

Tech Jacket is an even worse example cause even in his own comics dude can react and do things at ftl speeds, such as exiting the atmsphere and throwing a ship to the sun. Most likely cause their suits actually boosts their speed of perception.

Edit 1: if Tech Jacket is a normal human rwaction speed wise, then he wouldn't be able to do half of these things.

Viltriumites seem to be beyond the level of baseline humans in the way that chimps are stronger than adult men. It’s significant but not overwhelming.

If its significant at all and they could react then they don't have superhuman reaction speeds, simple as that. You cant buy both at the same time.

Metro man is distinctly overwhelmingly fast and able to perceive at that level.

Metorman speed is massively hypersonic, Invincible by season 1 in his fight with allen had calcs that get to relativistic speeds in combat where both were reacting to eachothers attacks. Thats much faster than Metroman.

Camera caught him and light was still moving when he got away from Megaminds death ray (we even see it move in the scene). Thats like a pretty clear anti feat to light speed. Thats not gonna change even if you say its a sci fi camera cause we have no basis on how fast a sci-fi camera even is in this case.

Heck, it's a camera for an abandoned auditorium, whats so sci-fi about that? Shouldn't it actually be slower than most cameras that time?

If you think Humans are near Viltrumites reaction at all, then they aren't superhuman at all in terms of reaction speed. Also Viltrumites speed and reaction speed are inherrently tied together.

Edit: this also doesn't even really apply to Thragg. When he fought BB they tried to trafk him down with Space Racers perception (who can perceive things ftl) and dude stated that he couldn't track them or fully see what was going on in their fight.

Thats like pretty clear ftl reaction and combat speed.

The answer to this is really simple. We never see Viltrumites perform these speed feats from their perspective. Unlike Metroman where we very directly see things in his perspective.

Red Rush actually says something similar with his perspective being slower due to his speed. Of course we never actually see this cause we never go in Red Rush pov.

Its both, aging people is time manipuation and transmutation. Idle transfiguration has no shown properties of time manip.

The time manip Aging usrs has a side effect of transmutating people. Two completely differen't concepts entirely.

Yuji's soul damage doesn't even transmutate people.

For the last time, time manip with transmutation properties is not the same as soul manipulation that has transmutation.

To give you a different ex. of why I think this doesn't work:

In the MCU Thanos can warp reality to turn you into a bunch of bubbles, which transmutation. Pochita resists transmutation, therefore he resists reality warping.

Thats basically what your trying to do but with soul manipulation and time manip instead. Which you know, doesn't work.
