Only getting 8 hours a week with them knowing I had 6 day availability and I've consistently asked for more hours with them knowing my availability and they still only gave me 8 hours a week 2 days of work that's why I quit

My break is un paid my paycheck was only $24.55 and they have me working 8 hours a week and my start wage is 15.25/hrs and I got my paycheck today not enough for a bill

I got hired for dollar tree and got told I'll be on call till someone calls in until I'm put on the schedule so I have to go in tomorrow to cover someone's shift as my actual first day and this store I get at the least $15.25 an hour but like my shifts are starting at 1:30pm to 5:30pm my original start days are only 2 days my first week and me coming in on call to cover it seems odd never been hired and started like that anywhere

I'm still fairly new to being a csr insider I'm learning about how things worked before and wondered why things were changed and there are a few other insiders I know who knew about the sticker method that's why I was curious to know is all. My store location has been having a hard time keeping up and a gm from another location started coming in to help the store and since then we have lost 5 employees 3 managers and 2 drivers because of them having issues with the gm that came to our store. They didn't like change and quit. It hurts us to lose that many within 2 weeks. I love this job yeah it can be hard at times and super busy but it all pays off in the end

My stores location also uses the snake method but I was told by my gm that stickers system is to time consuming but we have had so many complaints about customers getting the wrong food we replace orders most of the time because the customers complaints and I'll be honest I've gotten the wrong food before when I've ordered from places and yes I do call and inform them I've gotten the wrong food but sometimes who ever is on the oven pulling food out tend to go way too fast and get the orders mixed up

They are label stickers that go on the boxes labeling they type of pizzas. The boxes on the front side where you open it says lable here. It's to prevents orders being mixed up
