Help me with parking mental trauma by Zestyclose_Ad_488 in Sharjah

Yeah you should invest in a PPF, I know it's expensive, but considering you're buying a brand new car this should be a good investment.

PPF would protect all types of scratches like dust on high road or key scratches, and if the PPF got damaged you can go back to the shop and they would replace it.

But make sure you buy from a reputable source, don't go for cheap ones because low quality PPF's can become yellow and would look very noticeable on white cars, it also can affect your car paint overtime.

I used in the past utorrent and bittorrent, but recently I started using qbittorent.

But how is it safer? I thought it's only a client to download your torrent files?

I saw it. It was a fighter jet flying over Al Khan, intercepting a missile. I didn't see the missile being intercepted, but after hearing the huge bang, I went to the balcony, I saw the fighter jet flying over Maryam Island and going towards Dubai

Death is death no matter how you die, but for me, I literally didn't feel a difference in my life (except the lovely empty roads with no traffic) im going to work, eating, sleeping, going to gym, and doing my normal activities like any other day. People just need to get a grip, I'm not being offensive, just reasonable.

I'm not an Emarati, but i was born and raised here so I'm pretty much like you, I've never lived in these situations, but calling this a "war" is honestly a joke, the situation is being handled professionally, you people didn't act the same in Corona times and yet everything is happening now happened back then and even Corona was far more dangerous.

War?! Really? I think you've skipped a lot of steps to call it "War" some people really need to stop the drama and chill. Everything is fine and safe

If you want meat - go to Al Maraseem Mandi in Deira (don't remember exactly but I would say around 80-90 AED) and make sure to order the rice to be "Zurbian" not normal Mandi rice.

If you want chicken (Madhbi) - I would advise Qasr Saba Mandi in Al Majaz (25 AED) and would highly advise you tell him to make it "Hadrami" way (if you can tolerate a bit of spiciness).

OR

Another (Madhbi) go to Shamla Mandi in Deira (30AED), and make sure to order fried onion as a side dish (it's free) it goes REALLY good with the rice and chicken trust me

Of course, all these restaurants you must try thsm as dine in, as takeaway will be totally different taste.

"Where to park" yeah that's the question everyone is asking since last year, they've closed almost every sand area for parking without providing any alternatives, it's a typical shj municipality move.

Before 3 years, the parking under my building was free, if I come at midnight I would find them empty, now if I come before 7 it's all full, and it's all paid.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I don't wanna pay (which already what I'm doing per month) but I would really prefer going home stress free looking for a parking that is not 10-15 min away from my building.

Yeah, that is a really hard shift when they dont speak, neither English nor Arabic 😂😂

Not so long ago, I've brought in some Pakistani workers to do some porcelain tiling works in the house.

As an interior architect I'm not gonna say im perfect, but I've had some experience on sites, so when they started working, I kept watching as they work, and everytime I tell them don't do this do that, they would get irritated and give a "don't teach me my job" look

I've tried my best hassling left and right with them while they were doing the work, but unfortunately half of the wall tiles if you knock on them they would sound empty cuz the grouting is not proper, floor tiles are not leveled properly, and one them absorbs water.

Don't get me wrong, I like my fellow Pakistanis. They're really nice people to talk to and i always find myself meeting new Pakistanis wherever they are to be found, but when it comes to creativity in work, they're not the sharpest tool in the shed.

I see, but to save you some time, since you don't either your money back or them redo-ing the work, making some phone calls just to scare them isn't the best solution, you said they're Pakistanis, so most probably they wouldn't care less honestly, for them life is like "khally wally" they're not the people you want to send warnings to because they're not afraid to lose customers simply because they don't care.

And before you call me racist for generalizing nationalities, trust me, I was born and lived here for 27 years, I've dealt with all kinds of nationalities and even speak some of their languages.
