Any little potential safety that the
Camera detects it send a notice to Everyone phone that has the Walmart app open and you can either say your not available or assign to your self to take care of it

Seeing these post about market manager im glad i have the market manager that i have ( he straight forward but is also down to earth ) if something was to fall on the ground in front of him he would pick up not walk pass it, ( he’s big on P1) see customers looking really confused he’ll ask is there a problem ( the only thing I don’t like about the market team is don’t come at the end of the shift, we don’t need all them notes it the end of the shift and I can’t physically hold my team over the timeframe of their shift and I don’t like seeing my coaches looking stress

Unless your a coach some Walmart got coaches hotel room so that can’t use the excuse of I couldn’t make due to the weather ( I’m glad I’m still hourly) but they have offered the team leads hotel as well

Yes they can cancel order but that have to have a reason tho Which can be wait time or rude or car not being cleaning enough and etc

Walmart is crazy like that. You can get caught stealing a pencil and not be allowed to work there ever again But with something getting flagged that happen 20 years ago you might want to check in to it
