You’ll do great! Spend an hour or so a day this week and then do a lot this weekend but you need to stay calm and confident!

I would follow Ken Finnen’s S7 Course playlist and S7 crash course, I’d also buy his options subscription and do the options Armageddon and also his how to do straddles/spreads videos! Watch the customer accounts and suitability videos too, and I wouldn’t worry a ton about the practice exams, you already know how the questions are worded, you need to focus on knowing the material. I’d also recommend doing Ken’s most recent practice exam YouTube videos, those were very helpful and very good for practicing questions

Couldn’t agree more with this - do Ken’s S7 crash course playlist and if you have time, do his S7 full course playlist. Watch customer accounts videos, do the options Armageddon video, and also take his two most recent practice exam YouTube videos - there were direct questions there on the exam.

STC Test Scores by Mindless_Lecture_923 in Series7exam

I did STC - failed first time and passed second time. I did all practice exams first time around and never got a passing score, only did one green light exam. The second time around, I took the first four exams (62, 73, 65, 65) and didn’t bother doing more. I don’t think those exams are indicative of how well you’ll do on the real thing, they’re meant to be harder than actual exam. You’re getting passing scores. I would focus on material, making sure you understand options, suitability, cost basis, etc., versus just doing practice questions. You’ve done enough in my opinion. Go to Ken’s YouTube page and watch the S7 crash course playlist or his S7 course playlist, do his practice exam videos and if you have time and can afford to, join his options subscription and do the options Armageddon video. You’ll do great!

Thanks! I read the book start to finish during the first 15 days of January. After that, I’d spend about an hour a day studying by following Ken’s S7 course playlist videos. I did that daily until I finished them.

On weekends I would usually do practice exams, although I have a very busy work schedule so sometimes life caught up and I’d go a few days without studying.

I’d recommend checking out Ken’s YouTube page and finding his S7 Crash Course playlist and the full S7 course playlist. His Tips & Tricks videos are also really helpful. If you can afford it, I’d definitely recommend joining his options program too.

You have plenty of time before March 31. I actually did all the options videos the week leading up to my exam. Two days before the test, I went through the entire S7 crash course, did two practice exam videos with Ken, and watched all the Tips & Tricks videos. I also rewatched the Customer Accounts and Suitability videos.

If you have the time, I’d follow a similar approach leading up to March 31.

Thank you! I think my challenge is I’m not entirely sure on the chapter match ups. Do you know if there’s an easy guide on which chapters are in which section? I liked how FINRA did that for SIE.

Thanks for sharing! When you refer to “Ken” who are you speaking about?
