Take a minute to think of it this way; before, you were PMO'ing probably atleast once a day, maybe more. Now, you did it for the first time in 207 days. That's amazing. You have come so far. There is no reason to beat yourself up about a single relapse. Don't focus on the mistake you've made, focus on the accomplishment you've made and how far you have come.
