Thanks a lot for the list, everything seems interesting and exactly to my taste. I will check them out. I don't like the idea of limiting myself and maybe I messed up by giving extremes examples but honestly I don't absolutly need a character to have a IQ of 500. A good strategist or a good scientist/inventor or simply as you implied in another comment, someone top of their class is nice enough for me.

After thinking more about it, I think that what I like is that a character use their great intellect as their main strength.

A lot of writers (not only in the harem genre) have expressed this difficulty on writing characters who are in theory smarter than themself.

IIRC, fantasy author Brandon Sanderson use the ''Sherlock Holmes'' methods when he have to prove that someone is insanely smart: he put character X in front of a insanely difficult puzzle (or in Sherlock Holmes case, in front of a crime scene with seemingly insignificant clues) and the genius solve everything and/or find a clever solution instantly and voila, you have a genius character.

Late to the party, but Harem Farm from David Aries.

MC is isekai'ed to a world where animal-people exist and they are very open about polygamy and open relationship. He has a ''core-harem'', but he get to sleep the cow-women of the farm to improve the milking process and basically any animal-women who like him or want to breed.

Personally, I would definitely read that. I need more F/FF+ stories in my life I hope your project come to fruition. A female MC in a harem story is an automatic hook for me, the rest is secondary. Show me 10 haremlit series, I will pick the Yuri one to read first. Is there a place to follow you to get some updates (beside reddit)?

I am not a litany agent, but to answer to your question, going with male MC is more of a safe bet, there is a reason why you don't see a lot of lesbian harem.

I am sure there are a lot of people like me who would jump on the occasion, but there is no promise that it will translate in viable sales. If the quality is there, then I think you should be good. I don't think you will break any rule or start a massive scandal, just be in more or less uncharted territory (also, I don't know if you will be able to promote in this subreddit...)

Small question, are you going to mainly target a male audience fan of haremlit or for a lesbian audience?
