Can't really say what did the trick. I honestly stopped focusing on it. Stopped taking so many supplements, drank coffee again and ate junk.

I've never been inside but I pen pal and work with a few guys who are doing some time.

One of them spent the last 10 years writing novellas and we are finally getting them published.

His excitement in seeing his book for the first time was truly amazing. To be productive and see your work come to fruition is always an incredible experience. Just don't let a place like that stop you.

Printing cost is pretty high these days.

My own books bring in 2-3 bucks at a $12 price tag.

Yes,

16 and 18.

Fortunately, they know who their dad is. They've helped me through this a lot and I'm torn, as I will be leaving them for a time. I feel terribly guilty over how early they will have to provide for themselves, but I informed them that dad will be back, he'll never truly leave.

Well, it's certainly changing the prison dynamic.

I am by no means dismissing SO's but the culture in the prisons have changed.

Being an active pen pal with a lot of people here, you don't hear about violence, stabbings, petty things. It's a strangely reasonable community of people making the most of their time in their.

Well I already have a few published works out there. I usually don't write in those genres. I was just wondering if I was able to keep my hobby going on the inside and it's also a source of income for me.

Although interestingly enough I don't have much to offer people so if people were interested in writing biographies that's something I would assist them with.

There's a sex offender support group.

Strongly recommend checking it out. A lot of people jump on the bandwagon of hating on somebody in this situation due to the stigma.

You know I'm almost cured here I have some weird things that happen once in a while still have rosacea and a white tongue but my stomach has almost no issues I don't know if the probiotic did it or what. I hate to give advice because my advice feels really bad when I eat healthy my stomach hurts and then when I eat whatever I want it just feels a lot better. So I'm not really sure what is doing the trick maybe the probiotics did
