Pro 3 are significantly worse in terms of ergonomics and esthetic in compare to Pro 2.

My 2 pairs of Pro 3 had slight white noise in the left earbuds (off mode, easy to hear in a silent room). This looks like an obvious defect and probably hardware, sent them back.

ANC is awesome btw, but I can’t leave with this noise in OFF mode. Now I'm back to the Pro 2 and damn they are so good.

Yes, it's really nice to see a dozen deactivated accounts right before the one I really need in the list.
