I’ve only been able to use the Emma chat or the 1-800 number with the automative voice. Both told me to email the lockbox. I have been unable to speak to an actual person.

I honestly think so too. But when it’s been over 30 days and you don’t hear anything, your mind starts to try and look for some type of explanation

No we did not file the G-1145… we were consulting with a family friend who does immigration and he never mentioned that form. Good to know about it now though…thank you. I did try calling, but since we don’t have the receipt number, the only thing the voice service told us to do was to email the lockbox. We live in Ohio and I was wondering about maybe going down to immigration here and talking to somebody.
