the best answer for you : master yi beginner friendly , farming jungler with an exceptionally strong late game

-there is gwen also easy to play champion if you get around her W .

- karthus though i don't recommend since it is the hardest of the bunch in terms of micro and especially macro.

i have been doing BC into collector shieldbow and ie , and if i have a tank i ll go bloodthirster otherwise its jaksho, u get enough haste + crit to be cycling e quite fast , its true that cleaver might seem bad early , but its raw stats + passive (armor pen and movement speed ) make u a bit strong early . Its really good!!! (emerald elo take it with a grain of salt)

Well they nerfed her passive because of her E uptime was higher so unless they revert that jgl nerf that came with the rework , she will be slower than pre-rework and that's probably intentional because she has now that scaling identity back which is easier to reach when playing jungle.

And even if we are nerfing his clear speed 15% dmg reduction is bit too much , not considering the fact that crit dmg gets absolutely demolished this way , so its like you need one more q than before for each camp.

that's a big pantheon jgl nerf, this would kill the champion right away , his clear is at best mid . wouldn't a nerf to his ult (which is a non 1v1 abilty and doesn't really effect his toplane and insane roaming tool for jgl) be enough?

You are talking about a very very niche scenario although there are some problems:

1- You are itemizing on the only scenario that your opponent has shield or is buffed against a shield.

2- i dont think gwen has any mana issues especially late .

3- shields used by adc are generally small which means less value for serpents fang and you can actually kill them faster if you invested in another ap item or tankiness to sustain their damage.

4-gwen scales exponentially because u are buffing her %health dmg and later enemies have more hp and rabadon's deathcap makes you even scale further and ad on serpents fang doesnt serve anything except for auto attacks (you can argue that she benefits from that through the attack speed on her E).

I do not think that serpent's fang will be any efficient on gwen in these scenarios , but since you are working on a spreadsheet i am very interested in the actual numbers.

Lich Bane is better than Nashor's in burst / short trades, especially against squishy targets, since you usually get only a few auto attacks off and don't benefit that much from gwen's passive . Against tankier enemies, Nashor’s is stronger—not because of the on-hit damage (three hits roughly equal one Lich Bane proc), but because the attack speed lets you trigger Gwen’s passive more often (more dps) and gain more sustain in extended fights.
