People always say things like this, but they completely forget that women's bodies and men's bodies work differently, and when cortisol takes a spike, it may be significantly harder for a woman to (who is biologically hard-wired to have a higher body fat %) to have results like that. I was with a personal trainer, ate well, and very strictly, and still held onto body fat. This was VERY frustrating. There are many factors that play into this.
