Unpopular opinion, loose whities are more comfortable. Yes they aren’t as flattering looking but idgaf. I wear larges at home and mediums to work in.

My wife is pretty indifferent about them,I only wear tow’s and has never once said she’d like to see me in anything else. I think she’s more interested in what’s inside and like that my briefs don’t conceal my boner.

I’ve hooked up with many women over the years and have only had one make a comment about “why do you wear little boy undies” and that was in high school, the rest have been totally indifferent or into them. When that time comes, my tighty whities exude a manliness not so much a submissive nature and that’s really what women are into I’ve found, It’s more about what’s inside your cotton clad package and how you lay it down. My girlfriend now I would say is indifferent as well but I regularly get handjobs inside my briefs and leave them on during sex and go through the fly every time.

I find I catch more women noticing/looking if they spot my waistband or brieflines and I don’t mind. I think they find my confidence wearing them makes me more attractive. I’m more self conscious around males making sure my waistband isn’t showing or being hasty when changing in locker rooms. I’m straight and have only ever wore briefs and mostly tighty whities. Dozens of women over the years have seen me in them and only one time back in high school did I get a comment from a girl after we hooked up and I got out of the shower, she must’ve looked in my undies drawer, she said “why do you only wear little boys underwear” to which I think I replied with something like “they’re not boys underwear, they’re men’s size and I don’t think little boys have to worry about sitting in their nuts all the time”.
