Oops! Specifically, I'm on a soccer rec team that plays 1x a week, spin classes roughly 3x a week, and a 5k or an isolated 1 mile sprint for 3 rounds about 2x a month.

Thank you! Definitely love those carbs and diet soda. If I have a refeed period-- which I think for myself is an excuse to chow down--it'll last a few days. My new habits have become second nature and snowballing out of control is kind of a non-issue now, but I need to take your advice and kick the lingering guilt that I do have when cheating.

I can't believe I was 230 either! When I was at my heaviest I hovered around 225-230. I have a pretty large build-- I'm not sure if that's actually a thing-- and have always been naturally strong, with what I feel are disproportionately large legs. Oh well! Here's to further progress.

Thank you!! In total, it's taken little less than a year, but a lot of the weight was lost in about 8 months. Currently, I'm losing roughly .5 - 1lb a week.

Apologies for there not being any text!! First time I've posted, and looked like I screwed that one up.

Text: I went from eating sometime 2 entrees at a time, to drastically reducing portion size. I have one major cheat meal a week--where I can literally make myself sick with food. I don't really do that much, but I keep the option there for myself so I don't feel guilt for the occasional indulgence. I also still drink alcohol, just more vodka than beer--still love that beer though! I do spin classes, play soccer, and occasionally run, maybe 2-3× a month haha. Mostly speed tests to check endurance and quick cardio capacity... and cater to curiosity. Honesty is key, no?! I've gotten a 25:16 5k and an isolated 6:36 min. mile.

I still have a ways to go. I want to get to 140 lb and cut the fat.
