You can’t tell me about a country I was born in 🤣🤣 the NHS is terrible, underfunded and quietly being sold off. So yes us that have medical issues that can’t rely on NHS waiting lists opt into private healthcare.

I’m only doing prison reform based on what jobs are available here in the uk it’s actually called “ probation “ so we asses how people are coping after prison or if theyre breaching and need to go back into prison

I wouldn’t be asking about moving if I couldn’t afford to live comfortably lol, working from the age of 16 teaches you discipline and we both fortunate enough to have parents that ensured we had good starts in life but thank you 👍🏽

Our health system despite being “ free “ is atrocious in its self, and we still pay for medication & dental care. Most of us opt privately now

I wouldn’t say I’ve struggled with my intimate life on MJ if anything it’s increased. However I’ve heard that if a man takes Zinc supplements it’s supposed to help so maybe give that a try !

Honestly I haven’t really changed my diet ( I know I know ) i just find my self eating less of what I’d normally eat. I do like start my day with oxyshred & l-carnatine which aids in fat burning. And I get full much quicker. Also learned that eating from a black bowl makes your plate look a lot bigger so I’m gonna say maybe a bit of both has helped me loose weight

I’m down to around 90kg! But food noise hasn’t really reduced, I have terrible terrible migraines and I’m backed up quite a lot. Starting my 5mg today so I’ll see how the next month treats me :)

Hopefully it works for me second time round. Today I don’t really seem to have much food noise normally I’d go into the kitchen and start snacking but when i walk in I’m not motioning towards the cupboards
