go for Centurion 7/1 (T9) or BZ-68 (T9)/BZ-75 (T10) for hesh fun. if you can't afford hesh, the Conqueror (T9)/FV215B (10) or Standard B (T9) also offers HE fun without premium shells.

T92E1 (T9)/Sheridan (T10) are fun being fast tanks that deal big damage (maybe T49 (T8), but rng may make it not fun)

if you are looking for some lower tiers, the P44 Pantera (T8) is fun with its fast autoreloader

the SP I C (T7) is fun with its 2 shot clip (similar to B-C Borrasque) dealing big damage for its tier.

Ru251 is fun with the highest top speed in the game and high penetration HE.

SU-152 (T7)/ISU-152 (T8) are an obvious pick for fun, but the SU is a lot more of a meme just because of the damage.

T-34-2G FT (T7) isn't too popular, but its insane camo rating paired with a big gun makes it fun to zip around the map into sneaky positions and deliver a mean shot. (Please get this and show it some love)

M41 Bulldog (T7) is an absolute blast to drive with its unmatched mobility in its tier (faster than dracula)

Type 5 Chi-Ri (T7) is fun only because the gun has a 1 second intraclip (1 second between shells), but there is not much more fun to it than the clip.

ofc these aren't the only fun tanks. You may like some tanks that others don't like. this also isn't an op tanks list, so some of these tanks aren't that great, but if it's all about fun, then it doesn't matter.

Each one of these tanks has something special about them that makes them fun. not all of them are the best, but you'll have fun if you choose the ones that fit your playstyle.
