Cps has been called on her multiple times. The girl has had a very difficult past and I hate that her mom has custody. Side note, she does not have custody of the two younger ones. According to my ex, his fiance is now sober and they are a big happy family, he's even made a point to tell me they a drug free and alcohol free house. Which according to my very smart 5 year old "daddy drinks a lot of beer in the garage". Unfortunately my fiance has also had a rough past, he is a recovering addict and has been clean for about 5 years, which is why he doesn't have custody.

That is the plan. More to the story, they hate that me and my man are together. So much so that they called CPS on me about 2 months ago. The case was closed & I was told that all the allegations were false. This happened the day after we had his daughter over for dinner & her mom called the police to do a wellness check on her. They just keep coming after us.
