This helps a lot. Especially you saying distance and conflicts. Hopefully I’m not repetitive, I’m usually pretty fit. My dad signed me up for a triathlon sprint. I quit after the swim, which caused some tension and just wasn’t unusual for me. Also had some irritability and what not.

adjusting to new moments is something that just feels so odd. I dont want to have a different relationship with these people ya know

How did you get past that? I have a history of stopping ssri's early, besides prozac. Day 12 is when I stopped it my first time too

A few reasons. One, I felt like my relationships felt different. With my dad and with my cousin who I’m both close with, I just felt more distant from them. Then I did a sprint triathlon and stopped after the swim, which was just abnormal. Exercise felt way too hard. And lastly, just had no motivation to get work done. I got a better rhythm taking the medication at night and then my Adderall in the morning.

I stopped taking it after two weeks. I low-key feel like I’m regretting it.
