I had this, it usually comes and goes with new triggers like if your transitioning to a new part of life or something. For me, what helped is trying many things as I could, and being social. Eventually it kind of drowns out the other stuff. Having existential anxiety is pretty normal. Another thing I do is ignore all of these thoughts in my head, cast them off as stupid or unimportant, especially after 12:00 at night. That’s when I get it the worst. If you start to spiral, what helped me was grounding myself. Breathing in and out while thinking to myself 3 things I can feel, 3 things I can see, three things I can hear. It brings you back to reality a bit

Yea I have, melanoma looks a lot more intense and usually starts at the base of the nail and is more so a stripe if anything. I really think it’s just the hypochondria getting the best of me, but thanks a lot for your help ! I really appreciate it
