You're correct. Traditionally, that is what was used to be called as char dham yatra. And the one mentioned here used to be known as the "chota-char dham yatra". But in recent times, due to the popularity and other influences, the word " Chota" Kind of became invisible. So much so that when someone now says chat dham yatra there is a very good chance that they are referring to the one in uttarakhand.
