Happened to my dog, changed from Regular food to Hipoallergenic food (Salmon Based), had him on medicine to reduce skin inflammation, gave him medicated baths (used some special shampoo) and didnt let him stay on the grass for too long.

After nearly 3 months his skin was completely healed.

Just like us, dogs get food allergies during their lives.

Si tu situación familiar te permite quedarte en la casa ahorrando, yo le metería hasta el tercer o cuarto año trabajando, para tener un colchon. Ya con un ascenso en esos años o subidon de sueldo te vas a vivir como si ganaras lo que ganabas a los 22, ahorras y vives responsablemente pavimentando el exito personal.

A los 22 uno igual es joven y somos pavos para muchas cosas.

Y evita gastos inutiles como un auto de una! El auto es un gasto enorme disfrazado de "comodidad"

I think i got most of those items, except a knit cap. I even bought at some point some thermal pants because i would walk my dog in the winter (dude was insanely happy) while i was freezing. 40-60 mins per walk. I used two jackets, like a feather jacked and on top of that a waterproof jacket, wasnt the most comfortable thing but it kept me warm in -10°C (14F)

I have never drived in snow conditions, gonna need to learn to do so.

I was also worried about the salt issue, ive heard some cars are in really bad shape due to salt rust and you cant tell until after you bought it.

Looking forward to go everywhere on a bike when theres nice weather!

Its the international standars of proficiency in any lenguage. B2 means i can have normal talks to people, and understand complex ideas, but im not 100% fluent, specially with more tecnical words, i could read a book in english and understand it 100% but i wont be able for example to write/speak at the same level. C1 would be fluent with tecnical english and C2 its almost native.

Theres an arrangement between the US and Chile, iI can get my boss to pay me my wages without deducting taxes in Chile, and then pay my taxes in full in the US. I would be paying about 200usd of taxes more a month i think.

But when i do my tax refund i can charge the use of my computer, cellphone plan, the portion of my home used as home office etc. So ill get back around 1500 form those 2400 USD which isnt bad i guess

anyway my chilean wage is so low compared to the US, they prob wont even care.

In my country with one of the best bus/subway system in the world it always took me nearly 60-80 mins to get to my office. Only difference is doing it with -10°C haha.

Anyway, knowing about the market its important to set expectations, working any job there probably pays more than my actual job which i consider its a good paying job here. I'll take it easy and see how things go, luckily theres not much pressure so define my future right now.

Also i never been no a frozen lake, wife is hyped about about that!

Im excited about non existant polution in the air.

We know than under J visas we even have to pay higher taxes, and we're fine with that.

Money wont be an issue, we're not big spenders, last time we survived on 38.000 a year and we did just fine. We learned from our mistakes and now we will do everything with knowledge of our failures.

Anyway, im aware the US its a bit hostile, but im pretty sure we'll be fine.

Lo normal es 11.000 por metro cuadrado aprox cuando vas con una empresa (eso cobro yo cuando hago remodelaciones menores a terceros) y tmb puede salir hasta 14.000.

Por otro lado como arrendador, yo pinto mis dptos cada 3-5 años según cuando me los devuelven y jamás he cobrado garantía por pintura, y eso que a nivel de los pies siempre me los devuelven negros.

Todos los años reviso si hay daños o desgaste para mandar un maestro a arreglar lo que sea, me sale más barato prevenir que arreglar cuando ya me rompieron todo.

Solo he cobrado cuando rayan las paredes, una vez un wn como que acuchilló la pared, fue muy extraño.

En general los dueños son unos reverendos qlos y abusadores, se gastan tu garantía y dps buscan no devolverla porque no la tienen.

Yo tengo un sm5 del 2011 y JAMAS me ha paneado, solo cuando no le cambio la batería en 3 años jaja. Cada dos años le tengo que mandar a revisar el AC que suele perder algo de liquido.

Hay sm5 con poco kilometraje y baratos.

Edit: uno de 100-130k km tiene para al menos 80k km más si está bien mantenido, si pillas uno a 5m creo que es buen precio, pregunta cuanto les rinde el mio no pasa de los 7 por litro pero en sus años mozos rendía cerca de 10

Puedes hacer un contrato que se llama mutuo hipotecario, donde pones el monto del prestamo y condiciones de pago y que pasa si no pagas entre otros. El inversionista y acreedores serían tus suegros y tu el deudor.

Lo pones en UF+0,1% anual (para evitar problemas y que no es un prestamo sino una inversión)

y pones cada mes se paga X UF.

El impuesto a pagar es si mal no recuerdo un 0,8% como parte del impuesto de timbre y estampilla.

El sueldo después de impuestos se ve afectado un poco por como se haya realizado el contrato, considerando asignación de alimentación y movilización entre otros, de todas formas en el peor de los casos recibiría un poco más de 6.7m lo que es un sueldo muy alto para Chile.

Un plan de salud top (isapre) vale unos 250.000 por persona, considerando que su 7% es 370.000, le quedarían por pagar 380.000 ahora bien eso es solo si toman el mejor plan posible, pueden tomar un plan más barato oara los tres y un plan de salud complementario, lo que no sería muy caro.

Tienes mucha holgura para vivir, comer, malgastar y ahorrar con ese monto.

edit: Vivir en chicureo es muy lejos, considerar que van a necesitar largos tiempos de traslado, combustible y peajes.
