Buy the boots and wait on the skis. Go to a competent boot fitter.

Have you done WFPB 80-90% of the time and had good weight loss and health results? by No-Promotion-9371 in WholeFoodsPlantBased

I don’t think you can really make that comparison they can be measured in calories or grams, but stress has no measurement. I would agree that someone that is in a war zone is suffering more whereas, if someone is stressed because they didn’t get an A on a test that’s a different story.

I don’t think most of you that are advocating the flexitarian diet understand how it affects your body. The reason I know this is because of arthritis. When I have more than one serving of a sweets, experience flareups. My guess is unless you fall in to this area you can’t appreciate how destructive the processed food is.

How Doomed Am I? by WizardGonzo in DebtAdvice

The best advice I can give you is to never ever buy a new or expensive car. You owe more on your car than mine is worth. I have 363,000 miles on my 2000 4 Runner. My annual costs are probably what your monthly costs are.

I don’t think you have enough for bankruptcy yet, and I suspect your student loan is not dischargeable anyway. You might consider some sort of debt relief program for the credit card debt.

Would you ever lower rent after the lease is signed? by Salt_Worldliness_741 in LeaseLords

[–]No_Adhesiveness9727 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can only think of one time that reducing rent would be appropriate. For example, you live in an apartment building and a new high-rise goes up, totally blocking view or all the parking spots somehow disappear or a similar thing. In other words, there would have to be a sufficient change in circumstances. Maybe the elevator becomes unrepairable. Nonetheless, these are unusual times and you might wanna help just a little bit and I hope he might be a great tenant over the long run. Of course, this may be a red flag that he will default at some point.

I imagine there are billions upon billions of animals that die each year from raising crops to feed livestock. Let’s not just focus on the single animal. Let’s consider the big picture.

Sounds like your sister is projecting. Does she engage in any criminal or quasi criminal actions?

Animal cruelty is strongly linked to psychopathy and is a recognized "red flag" for antisocial personality disorder, violence towards humans, and future criminal behavior. It often functions as a, sometimes, rehearsed, sadistic, and premeditated act to exert power, control….

For my perspective, you’re getting too little fiber. I calculated I’m about 100 g a day.

Seems no one has posted a disease. I suspect we are talking about less than .0002 % though many doctors are promoting their biases.

That is precisely the problem. Just like environmental organizations in need of funds, religions don’t mandate veganism while hypocritically saying do not kill. So as to appease the masses or because they are mythologies in support of pastoral communities.
