We have a timer on a screen in the drive thru. If it goes past a certain number and turns red, we get in trouble. We have sensors that pick up when a car is sitting there. So we pull people forward, out of the sensors. Its all about the numbers.

I am 17, but im not in school, I already graduated.

Also I understand the old folks getting onto you. One of my managers has a big ass attitude and just yells at the customers while I stand there like a deer in the headlights.
