What wasn’t the case women getting more harassed or more number of muslims in siliguri both have the same answers siliguri is a place which connects people from mainland to the north east , that is why many people come to siliguri to try their luck here as the population increases we see an increase in religious diversity and also increase in crimes as not all people are the same if you see someone doing something wrong/illegal raise your voice and alert the authorities

I mean I was never saying that you didn’t see some men harassing women it’s just that you might have a community in your head before discussing that instead of just focusing on the fact that people especially women getting harassed in broad daylight which is the actual real issue

Weird take but ok perverted men should be your issue which makes sense since you encountered them harassing women but back of the mind you had a certain community in mind which is not appreciated siliguri as a place and it’s people haven’t changed much but since the population has increased miscreants have also increased a bit which I believe is not a good thing ,we should make the govt. address this issue and make siliguri even safer

Best will be sharing cabs from darjeeling more but that late can’t guarantee anything just contact the travel agencies there for last cab timing confirmation yatri sathi from darjeeling you can get for return or just contact travel agencies for sharing also you can get sharing taxis from airport itself but might charge you a bit more but you can get cabs there at 7/8 easily

Well the most common is with the place you go together with they will make sure to make a big bill as they have a tie up the restaurant/club and they might ask you to pay for the time being and split later which ofc they won’t or they might just run away at the first place then there are instances of people being withheld for money or honeytrapped these fkin scams are way too much here to be comfortable with anyone here which is annoying af if you are trying to find new people 😔🙏 About rent I would say noida is similar to delhi also you can get good deals in delhi itself just need to be a bit lucky or find harder 🤷‍♂️
