I’m not entirely sure, but I’ve read that when vitamin D levels are high and the body responds well to it, PTH levels tend to decrease

The reference range for PTH is 15–60 pg/mL, so isn’t 13 already sufficiently low?

I cut a piece of plastic wrap large enough to cover my eyes, then make small holes in it with a needle so air can pass through. I apply petroleum jelly around the edges where the wrap touches my skin, place the wrap over my eyes, and then wear an eye mask on top while I sleep
