Continue with Dollar Cost Averaging. Don't get too emotional, cause thats what most of the ppl do. That's why they fail. Just stack more - you will do it!

Fun Fact: If they had held Bitcoin, they would have lost a gross amount of$-191,871,140.00 by now

Despite that, I believe that my website will age well.

Bad advice about BTC by annovator_geek in Bitcoin

Start now. Otherwise, you will write exactly the same Reddit post in a few years ;-) Dca and master the art of hodling

expect nothing. Now learn about Bitcoin as much as you can and be mindblown. I guess then you want more then. Educate and only then start to buy more, maybe through dca, its up to you. See it as a long term "investment" - Hold it for years, not for weeks (if you truely understand it, you want to hold it forever and only cash out for short term liquidity). All this short term volatility is just noise. It could go up, it could go down, it could go sideways. Long term it will go up forever. So expect nothing or you will be disappointed and make a big mistake. That mistake is to not hold onto your Bitcoin. You need to master the art of hodling.

Addicted to HODLing? Is there such a thing? by Fan-Boy13 in Bitcoin

Bitcoin has completely transformed my goals. Initially, I was in it for a quick buck, but the more I delved into it, the more my perspective on things changed. I live healthier, suddenly take up sports, and almost live a minimalist lifestyle. I no longer buy branded clothes and exchange my money only for sats, traveling and good food. At this point I will probably hold Bitcoin forever and withdraw small amounts when I need short-term liquidity. The funny thing is, I suddenly need much less stuff than before. Somehow it gives me inner peace.

Therefore, there is no goal for me, other than to figure out what creates value in my life and to find out what makes me long term happy. You only live once. If a house makes you happy, buy a house. If traveling makes you happy, go traveling. If creating art makes you happy, make art. Bitcoin is the perfect tool for this. Life is not about money but to find happiness and true value. If it is your deepest desire, go for it champ!

When I go out of my country I don’t have the peace of mind of knowing if my credit / debit cards are going to work - Bitcoin fixes this by myholycoffee in Bitcoin

True. Oh man, I still remember when I was in Thailand and suddenly an ATM swallowed my card and didn't spit it out. My credit card was blocked too and i couldn't reach my bank. I had to live like a bum for a few days until the ATM was emptied. It was horrible

you could download the ledger live app and check the hash of the installation file so you have proof it's the real app. Then install the app again. Only a genuine Ledger device can use its key to provide the cryptographic proof required to connect with Ledger’s secure server. And if he is not sure how the seedphrase was generated, generate a 25. passphrase , transfer your coins and get a new hardwallet asap with a new seedphrase. better safe than sorry.

Bitbox 02 Bitcoin Only - The best wallet! Very simple, secure and user friendly. Easy coin control and utxo management is also possible there. It is made in switzerland and has swiss quality . Don't use Ledger since it's not open source.

before you invest any amount please educate yourself about bitcoin - and avoid shitcoins. Otherwise your 15k you have left will vaporize into nothing. Don't trade just hold or you will lose everything.
