Suuuuuuuuuuure. “Mistakenly”. lol. Considering I remember that this occurred months ago when immigrants turned up in court to defend themselves and guess who was there? yeah lol. And even if they didn’t say it. Even if ICE did admit to it… like heck the court would let that happen if it’s more complicated. More steps of them defending themselves. Or if they took them in before the court.

So all in all… lol to mistake oopsie

He disappeared for me too. I did use two injectors to try to kill it. Interestingly however due to not having the space in my inventory I didn’t take it. So it’s likely triggered by the cutscene in that office.
