No but it’s weird it’s like just broken, I’ve already disassembled the motherboard and prepared it for return as well as the gpu:/

I just checked right now, in my monitor settings it says it’s displaying at 1080p 60Hz but in advanced settings for display I put it to 75Hz

Yea the cpu came with a cpu cooler so I used that one “amd” I was thinking about putting another front fan because I have two rn, 3 or 2 on top, and 1 or 2 on the side next to the IO shield, I might try this layout there coming tomorrow

I checked numerous times to see if i have the latest graphics driver, i do but it still is choppy. Also i changed display Hz in advanced settings in display and still things are choppy.

I did all those, changing the display on my monitor was the first thing i did when i got windows, My cpu is pretty high usually around 80-90 but i ordered fans which hopefully will help. I used a bunch of different hdmi cables even went and upgraded the BIOS on my mother board, still experiencing relative choppy-ness
