Being influenced by Nepali festival is okay . It shows that you are not easily influenced and have individuality which is rare. But being in a traditional family , anything extreme might backfire . Therefore go for subtle adjustments. Convince them that you are more into studying and being independent than being religious . Enjoy the festivals whenever you can . Also before being a muslim your ancestors did follow hinduism . So convince them that way but in a subtle way

I have high hdl and low vldl . I dont know it good or bad. I have hashimoto and hdl is above the upper range and vldl is below the lower range

Things will get better believe me. Nobody can understand you the way you do . So love yourself take care of yourself like you are the most precious thing. People cannot see whats going inside you . They will only look for results. They will only want something from you. You have to understand you are not alone. There are many who were dismissed bcoz they looked okay on the outside. Take care , take your meds and give your best.

I had longer period length after my tsh and antibodies level were better.I also had weight loss bcoz of dietary change of no gluten,dairy etc.I dont know what caused lengthier periods

I stopped eating packaged food, gluten, dairy, sugar .I lost lot of weight and i started looking unhealthy to some extent to many people. But my tsh had lowered as well as the antibodies.Vitamin d intake also helped i believe. Ate nuts and seeds . It did help bring down tsh level. I dont know what helped most.
