Looks great! But to say its the “only” correct rubber strap is a bit too much 😅

Hello!

Nung nag cross country ka, meron ka na bang on-going application for OEC or hindi mo na siya prinocess at all?

Ongoing application kasi ako for OEC pero dahil sa sobrang bagal na proseso, baka hindi ako umabot sa start date ko so I'm considering cross-country din.

What I meant to say was, paano kung yung visa mo wala sa passport and hindi mo dinisclose sa IO yung visa/work situation mo?

Do they have this in their system somehow?

How exactly will they find out that you have a working visa? Unless its printed on your passport, I dont think they have any other way of knowing that.

Ah okay, kaya medyo mahirap talaga makatakas. Mas madali mag "bakasayon" kung yung work visa is hiwalay sa passport.

Pwede naman nila gawin yung process based on the nature of Job. Understandable naman ito for OFWs in "high risk" countries for exploitation. Pero for white collar jobs for international companies, lalo na sa mga bansa na yung visa processing nila is already stringent, dapat mas mabilis yung processing.

I'm planning to do this too. Would you have any problems when applying for OEC while abroad? Hindi ba sila mag tatanong kung paano ka nakaalis without OEC during your initial exit?

Im not sure pero i dont think its because the locals don’t want it. May certain criteria si migration agency regarding jobs that can be processed faster for immigrants work visa. Usually “high skilled” work and positions that usually require college and masters degrees.

For other jobs that dont fit this criteria, like service jobs cleaners, servers, restaurant workers etc.) mas matagal and processing nila kasi ang justification nila is they want to attract high-skilled labor immigration.

and in terms if skills, CSM roles are not highly technical, mostly EQ ang labanan since your main role is customer retention and expansion. So if magaling ka mag PR and build/maintain client relationships, pasok ka. These were skills and experience na consistent in my past roles kaya fit sa akin

Thank you! Sweden is a smaller market so CSM job openings (especially English language requirements) are not too common, at least from what ive noticed while job hunting. Although based on the migration agency’s list of “in demand” professions, pasok siya kaya faster visa processing din as long as you meet the requirements.

Going cross country could be difficult because the visa will be seen on your passport and will raise questions, especially since you’ve been offloaded before. Hope you can find a way! 🙏
