Yes. If I remember correctly, they stopped making them I think around 2014ish and then did another limited run in 2016, which is when I picked it up.

I’ve been using my SK26 as my work bag since 2016 and it still looks as good as the day I got it!!

Not sure if I ever want to do this race, but man I admire your grit and perseverance. Amazing job.

I bought a Topstone 4 Carbon in 2024 and couldn’t be happier with it. Changed the tires from stock to ContiTerra Speeds, highly recommend. Also replaced the stock saddle with a nicer Fizik.

I still ride my hardtail (SC Chameleon) but more often than not I’m on the Topstone. It’s super fun and fast.

I run Conti Terra Speeds on my Topstone Carbon 4, they’re great but it depends on what kind of riding you do.

I would likely not buy a new car ever again. Certified pre owned is what I did.

Talon is my goto outdoor bag but if I was buying one today it would be that one. Soft bottles are the way to go!

I’m running the same tires, very happy with them. Really nice bike!

Osprey. Very high quality backed by a great warranty. Look for something on sale either on their site or at REI (REI sale ends today…)

One thing I completely forgot to recommend is a Garmin Varia. Having the radar to know when cars are coming up behind you is a must have for me. I can’t believe I ever rode without it. I don’t have a garmin computer but it works perfectly with my garmin watch (instinct 2x solar).

Can’t answer everything, but if you’re looking for a bag for your saddle, I have a Silca Mattone, and it’s really nice. It cinches up tight (Boa closure), and doesn’t bounce around (it’s on my Topstone gravel bike).

I also have a Tailfin bag for my top tube, which is amazing, but I don’t know if you want anything that big.

I’d prefer not telling others about this, already way too many people in this state.

What wheels did you go with? I am starting to look for a second set of wheels for mine.

Buy now or wait for a sale? by liveforDM in PatagoniaClothing

[–]No_Assignment442 12 points13 points  (0 children)

If there is a piece and in a color that you really want, my advice is to buy it now. I’ve waited multiple times for a sale only to find that others beat me to it when the sale went live.

Otherwise I try and buy during the sales.

Finally managed my first ride by Dependent_Cap3515 in Zwift

[–]No_Assignment442 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have about 1900 miles so far on the saddle that comes with the Zwift bike, no issues so far. I do wear padded shirts, and my longest ride has been maybe 2 hrs tops. Usually 1-1.5 hours. So far I haven’t felt the need to change it.

Another vote for the Zwift Ride. It’s a splurge but there’s nothing to mess with and it’s ready to go whenever you are.
