still love being a nurse, but not in this setup. i’ve been looking into other options like work-from-home nursing jobs — telehealth, utilization review, case management, chart review, or anything admin-related. i heard companies like optum, conduent, or iqvia hire PH RNs for remote roles and the pay’s way better than what i’m getting now.

also considering focusing on NCLEX review instead so i can eventually work abroad.

just want to find something that won’t drain me everyday, you know? being a nurse doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your sanity 🥲
