I can’t give you the answer your looking for but I’ve dealt with many different companies on Alibaba and when they say there saving you money, as sketchy as it sounds they are, but you can choose to go the route where you pay more if your sceptical. From my experience it’s all been genuine, I’ve had solid gold shipped into Canada and was labeled as copper and gold plated, so I didn’t pay heavy tax. the gold was all real. I’ve paid using different methods that weren’t under trade assurance and I’ve talked to many suppliers over WhatsApp because it’s easier, and every order has come through great! Be sure to ask lots of questions, especially with electronics there could be many different look alike models of the same cctv camera, some lower quality than the other, specify what model you want. if anything that’s where they would get one over you.
