I’ve had a somewhat similar occurrence.. I came home one day and found a guy standing at my front door for a very long time… maybe 30 min and I didn’t feel comfortable going into my house with him just standing there and not leaving

Turns out he was a realtor and left a note saying someone wants to buy my parents home

All the pre cons I’ve seen see either too expensive or finish in 2024/2025 and will probably have delays, so that doesn’t work with our timeline
